| Fisher Financial is listed in Warren Michigan, however, there is no telepfone listing for Fisher Financial in Warren. It is actually run by an unscrupulous mortgage company called Michigan Community Developement (MCD) who preys on financially challenged homeseekers. They claim that they can get a customer either 80% or 90% financed by mortgage company, usually shady themselves, and that the seller will self finance the difference. In fact, MCD adds 10-20% to the cost of the home and finances that 10-20% themselves. It is very difficult to find any information on the company. If you call MCD and ask for Fisher Financial they act as if they are not one in the same entity unless they want a payment and miraculously they remember Fisher Financial is there. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! | |||
