| I'm not even kidding here. This place is a fraud. They looked at our credit ratings, mine was low, but my wifes was almost 800. They promised us that we would be getting a 10 year ARM on the 80% of our 80/20 loan. Other offices in the area all told us that this was better than what they could offer us, they said they didn't know where they were getting the 10 year ARM, they didn't know it existed. We went to closing thinking everything would be fine. When we got there, our agent Mandy, had screwed us over. She did NOT get us the 10 year she had promised, in fact, they had us on a 5 year, and to top it off at closing, they had stuck us with an additional $700 that we weren't prepared to pay. I called her, angry from the Title company, and she told me, "Too Bad, this is what you get, it's the best we could do." I asked her about the previous arrangement and she told us that the Bank they were working with would only agree to finance if one of my Old Bad Debts was paid off. So they sent the money without notifying us, and paid it off, then slapped it on to the closing cost. As it turns out I notified the company who I had the debt with, and they said they never even heard from Hog Country, and didn't recieve the money. Do not trust them. I later learned that the woman who actually runs it was charged with Fraud and had her license revoked. She still works through her daughter Mandy who is one of the brokers. I cannot say enough bad things about these people. Avoid them at all cost. |
