| Your staff is very misleading, unprofessional,and all around liars. Your brokers tell clients that you are pre approved for a certain amount of money which makes the client believe you can obtain a mortgage in that amount or less.The client then goes ahead and pays for the inspection of the property and appraisal report because they rush you telling the client these things needs to be done asap because the bank is requesting them. However the cost for these reports the client has to pay costing the client and est. $900.00. You continuously call to know the status of what is going on with the mortgage and are told everything is fine I am just waiting on the bank.However when it comes closer and closer to the closing date for the purchase of the property all of a sudden you are told that there is no mortgage commitment and the amount that you thought you were recieving is less than the amount you where told to be expecting to recieve. Which either leaves you to come out of pocket some thousands of dollars or basically loose the property that you paid to have inspected and appraised at this companies request.When you call to speak to your mortgage broker, they will no longer take your calls. In fact the receptionist lies for them putting your on hold as they ask the broker who you thought had your best interest if they are available to talk with you. They say "no" and the receptionist comes back to the phone saying "they are with another client" or "they have stepped out of the office". You call back every hour therafter and the receptionist will continue to say the same thing.And the mortgage broker will never call you back. This company is horrible, very unprofessional, unreliable, and basically swindlers, who look for honest hard working people to give hope that they can afford a home then at the last moment tells them that they are not elligible or worthy of buying a home or either never returns your phone calls to even tell you the status of your loan application. This is the worst company ever..... You need to train your brokers and staff to be honest with ther clients instead of misleading liars. | |||
