| I was a first time home buyer and had no money to put down. Ameristar Mortgage explained the entire loan process to me in a way I was able to understand. They quoted me closing costs and a rate for the program we used and at closing everything they quoted me was exactly right. And the closing was on time! Thanks Ameristar Mortgage!!! | I just wanted to say thanks to Dennis Hardy from Ameristar Mortgage. From the very start Dennis helped my wife and I buy a $1.2 million condo in downtown Chicago. He gave us several choices of mortgage programs and explained everything in detail. The entire loan process went smooth and Dennis called me back or answered the phone everytime I called him.
